The number of IP User Licenses available on the local node (Allocated  column) and the number actually allocated (Consumed column). Each MiNet and SIP user requires and IP User License.

The number of External Hot Desk User licenses available on the local node (Allocated column) and the number in use (Consumed column).

The number of ACD Agent licenses available on the local node (Allocated column) and the number of ACD agents that are currently logged into the system (Consumed column).

The number of HTML Apps Infrastructure licenses available on the local node (Allocated column) and the number in use (Consumed column).

The number of Analog Line licenses available on the local node (Allocated column) and the number in use (Consumed column).

The number of embedded voice mail Mailbox Licenses available on the local node (Allocated column) and the number in use (Consumed column).

Displays 1 if the option is allocated or 0 if it is not.

Displays 1 if the option is allocated and 0 if it's not.

MLPP is not supported by the MiVoice Business system.

The number of ACD Agent Logins provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

The number of ACD Groups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

The maximums are as follows:

64 (with Extended Agent Skill Group option disabled)

128 (for MXe III with Extended Agent Skill Group option enabled)

999 (for MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server, MiVoice Business Virtual - 2100 with Extended Agent Skill Group option enabled)

The number of ACD Agent IDs provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

The number of Broadcast Group A directory number programmed to appear on multiple devices constitutes a broadcast group. There are two types of broadcast groups: Non-Prime Line and Prime Line. A Non-Prime Line group is a directory number programmed on one or more devices that is not the prime line on any device. A Prime Line group is a directory number programmed on button 0 of a phone. Server-based variants of MiVoice Business that use x86 processors, MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Servers MCD-ISS), Multi-instance MiVoice Business, and Virtual MiVoice Business, up to 250 appearances of the directory number can appear on one or more devices. The number of Busy Lamp Groups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (439).

The following (primary and secondary) user and device types are included in the total:

• IP User and Devices (including IP Consoles and Trusted Service This Service Level indicates that the directory number (DN) is assigned to a trusted Mitel application that has full telephony service once it registers with the system. Although the DN can be programmed on the same forms as a Full Service user/device, it does not use an IP User License. DNs)

The number of DTMF Receivers provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (128).

The number of Hunt Groups in use and the maximum number of them supported.

Default maximums vary as follows:

2000 on MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server, MiVoice Business Virtual with Extended Hunt Group disabled or 64 with option enabled.

176 with Extended Hunt Group option disabled or 16 with option enabled on all other controllers.

The number of Independent Account Codes provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (11000).

The number of MSDN/DPNSS Remote Cluster Elements provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (30/60/250/999).

The number of MSDN/DPNSS Remote Directory Numbers provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (18501/28501/130,000).

The number of Multiline Sets provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

Default maximums vary as follows:

756 for MXe III

5665 for MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server, MiVoice Business Virtual.

The number of Remote ACD Agent Subgroups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (32).

The number of Page Groups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported (64 on MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server platform; 16 on all other platforms. Expandable to 400 groups on all platforms by flexing system dimensions.)

The number of Personal Ring Groups provisioned (which is up to 50 percent of the maximum number of prime lines on the system) and the maximum number of them supported (2800).

When Extended PRG/MdUG is selected the number of Personal Ring Group allocated field in the System Capacity form is updated from 350 to 175 on a 700 user system and from 2800 to 1400 on a 5600 user system.

NOTE: The capacity remains the same regardless whether the Personal Ring Group accepts IP Device Only members.

The number of Pickup Groups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

Maximums vary by platform type:

800 for MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server, and MiVoice Business Virtual.

200 on all other controllers

The number of Programmable Key Modules provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

The number of Ring Groups provisioned and the maximum number of them supported. (2000 for MiVoice Business for Industry Standard Server platform; 176 on all other platforms.)

The number of Single Line Sets provisioned and the maximum number of them supported.

NOTE: Because 64 ONS ports are reserved for embedded media sources, only 700 single line sets can actually be programmed.

The number of Suites provisioned (which is up to 50 percent of the maximum number of prime lines on the system) and the maximum number of them supported.
